Although many people have hemorrhoids, not all experience symptoms. If you experience, any of the following symptoms, you could have hemorrhoids:
Bleeding during bowel movements
Rectal bleeding after movement of bowels
Bright red blood found in stool

The four different degrees of hemorrhoids:
1st- Bleeding is the main symptom, and there is no anal prolapse.

A thorough examination, evaluation and proper diagnosis by a doctor is essential any time bleeding from the rectum or blood in the stool lasts more than a couple of days. Bleeding can also be a symptom of other digestive diseases, such as colorectal cancer.
Although most cases of hemroids can be treated with over the counter medications, in the home treatments, and changing ones diet and nutritional habits, sometimes more drastic measures need to be taken. There are several surgical techniques used to alleviate hemorrhoids. Most of these procedures can be performed as an outpatient.
